Accepting these terms
By placing an order or opening an account on this site, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Orders
• You must give a correct name, mobile number and full address. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by wrong or incomplete information. • Placing an order does not confirm it. An order takes effect only when we confirm it. We may call you to verify it. • We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock or for another reasonable cause. We will tell you, and any advance payment will be refunded in full.
Prices
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). The final price, discount and delivery charge are shown at checkout, and what you see when you confirm the order applies. If we find a mistake in a price or description, we may correct or cancel the order and will let you know.
Payment
• With cash on delivery, you pay when you receive the product. • If you pay by bKash, Nagad or Rocket, you must enter the correct TrxID and the number you sent from. We verify the payment before confirming the order. A wrong TrxID or wrong amount may lead to cancellation. • The send-money charge of mobile banking is paid by the customer.
Delivery
Delivery time depends on your address and the courier. We try to ship as fast as we can, but we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, natural events, strikes or other causes beyond our control. Someone must be reachable by phone at delivery.

Product photos and descriptions
We try to show accurate photos and descriptions. Colours may look slightly different because of lighting or your screen.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done from your account. Tell us if you see any misuse.
Misuse
If you place fake orders, repeatedly order and refuse the product, give false information or try to harm the site, we may limit or close your account or ordering access.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the value of the products in your order.

Changes to these terms
We may change these terms when needed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
